With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lewis R. Segreti of Northlake, Illinois, who passed away on August 12, 2023 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Carleen; his children, Leah Paulsen (Ken), Sarah Eclavea (Ronnie) and Alexander Segreti (Brendan); his grandchildren, David, Sean (Brittany), Geoffrey, Julianna, Jackie (Joel), Joe (Mackenzie), Michael, Frances and Isabel; his great grandchildren, Austin, Madison, Lincoln, Anna, Aria and Audrey; his siblings, Barbara Tronson (late William), Robert Segreti (Linda) and Anne Johnson (late Thomas); and his mother Guerin Parish. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
