With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Virginia Nielsen of Northbrook, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 3, 2024 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her siblings, Teresa DeLucca (Peter), John Isbaner (Karen) and Conrad Isbaner (Merry). She is survived by: her children, Mark Nielsen (Cheryl), Kathy Kather, Tim Nielsen (Georgina) and Mary Andrews (Don); her grandchildren, Jacob Nielsen (Kimberly), Alecia Nielsen, Robin Mallory Walker, Ian Andrews (Tiffany) and Jesse Andrews (Maria); and her great grandchildren, Josef, Annika and CJ.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 9:15 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Norbert and Our Lady of the Brook Parish (1809 Walters Ave, Northbrook, IL 60062). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
