He was predeceased by: his father Hugh Gibson; and his nephew Danny Herrmann. He is survived by: his mother Nancy Gibson; his siblings, Julie Herrmann (Dan) and Gary Gibson (Denise); his nieces and nephews, Matt Herrmann (Stacey), Charlie Herrmann, Kelly Friedrich (Kevin), Ryan Gibson (Kaitlin), Ross Gibson and Danielle Gibson; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Connor, Logan, Tyler Friedrich and Harper Gibson.
