He was predeceased by: his parents, Max Katz and Rose Katz. He is survived by: his sister Barbara Jacobs (late Joe); his significant other Marcia O'Connor; his children, Jeffrey Katz (Sheila), Beth Grabowski (Paul) and David Katz; his stepson Jamie Rosman (Elaine Lutz); and his grandsons, Matthew Katz (Jackie), Samuel Katz (Dorota) and Alex Grabowski (Angelina Whitfield). He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins, friends.
