She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Leibovitz and Helen Leibovitz; and her sister Barbara Adler (Zack). She is survived by: her husband Martin "Marty" Levy; her children, Jerry Levy (Kimberley) and Merle Levy; and her grandchildren, Sandy (Zach) of Courtney, Mackenzie Levy and Cassidy Levy.
