He is survived by: his wife Sheryl Loyd Long; his daughters, Jessica Denise Long of Dakar and Nora Long Bellot (Gabrielle) of Woodside, NY.; his mother-in-law Joan C. Loyd; and his nieces and nephews, Jordan, Kelsey Ambrose, Corbett Ambrose, Robert Larson and Andrew Larson.
