He was predeceased by: his wife Sonia Pepper; his son Irwin J. Fine; and his siblings, Tybie Golden and Edward Fine (Marilyn). He is survived by: his children, Steven Fine (Cyndi), Shari Boucha (Randy) and Barry Fine; his stepchildren, Betsy Pepper, Daniel Pepper (Vangie) and Ellendee Pepper Namanich (John); his grandchildren, Jessica, Leann Boucha, Ariah, Keane (Sarah) and Chelsea Fine; his stepgrandchildren, Adyra, Bret, Elias and Asher; and his partner Krysta Nielsen.
