It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patti Ann Fitzpatrick of Northbrook, Illinois, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her significant other John; her daughters, Shannon, Kelly and Erin; her parents, Roberta Spaeth and Patrick Spaeth; and her siblings, Tim Spaeth, Terry Zoller, Jean Kainz, Peggy Glad and Maria Vileta.
