It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Patricia Risinger of Northbrook, Illinois, who passed away on April 15, 2025, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though Patricia may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Patricia touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She is survived by: her sons, Edward "Jay" Risinger (Kim) and Eric Risinger (Amy); and her grandchildren, Mark, Matthew, Annika and Annabelle.
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, May 5th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the First Presbyterian Church of Wilmette (600 9th St, Wilmette, IL 60091).
In lieu of flowers, the family encourages donations to Canine Therapy Corps, as Pat thoroughly enjoyed visits from the therapy dogs in recent years.
