She is survived by: her children, Gerald, Jr. (Kathleen), Douglas (Karen), Michael (Megan) and Glenn Van Treeck (Ann); her grandchildren, Diane, Thomas, Kasondra, Michayla, John Michael (Delaney), Claire and Joseph Van Treeck; her great grandchild John Douglas; and her sister Ruth Eileen Johnson.
