It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Meghan C. Though Meghan may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Meghan touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She is survived by: her parents, Jan Zimmerman and Steven Swift; her significant other Cory Korshak; and her stepfather Bob Zimmerman.
A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Norbert Catholic Church (1809 Walters Ave, Northbrook, IL 60062). A burial will be held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at the Scared Heart Cemetery (Lee St, Illinois).
