She is survived by: her children, Mary Margaret Gronskis, Rosemary R. Dowdle (Carey), James P. Byrne, Jr., Kathleen M. Kennedy (David) and David M. Byrne (Lori); her sister Rosemary T. Roney; her grandchildren, Cara Ciccone (Brian), Brendan (Meaghan), Mark, Erin Dowdle, David (Ashlyn), Sean, Peter Kennedy, Molly and Kevin Byrne; and her great grandchildren, Hallie and Logan Dowdle.
