She was predeceased by: her husband Keith Chulock; and her parents, Henry Ulit and Kerrold Ulit. She is survived by: her children, Larry Chulock (Jan), Jody Poulter (David) and Terri Scott (Bill); her grandchildren, Michelle Chulock, Jenna (Nathan Townsend), Brian Poulter (Emily Manning), Cullen, Ryan (Ashley Stiver), Jaimie and Evan Scott; and her sister Sheila Wexler (late Harvey).
