She was predeceased by: her husband Irwin Essenfeld; her sibling Jerry Zimmerman; and her brother-in-law Martin Edwards. She is survived by: her children, Idyth Zimbler (Jay), Jane Lux (Steve) and Mark Essenfeld (Donna); her sisters, Barbara and Trudy Hirschheimer (Ernest); and her siblings-in-law, Pearl Cohen and Clyde Fields. She is also survived by many nephews, nieces and great nephews and nieces.
