She was predeceased by: her grandson Samuel Berger; and her parents, Abe Shulman and Ida Shulman. She is survived by: her boyfriend Dr. Irving Savin; her children, Howard Zelener (Sue Irish-Zelener), Barry Zelener (Donna Piekarczyk) and Marla Berger (David); and her grandchildren, Alix, Stefanie, Andi Zelener and Elizabeth Berger.
