Though Kwangsun Richard may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.

He is survived by: his wife Seungja Patricia; his children, Arthur (Jill), Christine (Chung) and Janet (Alex); and his grandchildren, Hayley, Zoe, Willa, Isabel, May, Kyle, Calvin and Leeloo. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews, cousins.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 23rd 2024 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Matz Mt. Prospect Funeral Chapel, Inc. (410 E Rand Rd, Mt Prospect, IL 60056). A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 24th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the same location.
