She was predeceased by: her parents, Stefan Perecki and Maria Rozek; and her sister Lucja Kleban. She is survived by: her son Arek Szawlowski; her grandson Scott Szawlowski; and her sister Magdalena Cichon.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Skaja Terrace Funeral Home (7812 N Milwaukee Ave, Niles, IL 60714). A memorial service was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at the Maryhill Cemetery (8600 N Milwaukee Ave, Niles, IL 60714).
