He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann; his children, Amy Itaya (Deta), Laurie Cavalier (Mike), Matt (Carrie), Dan (Carolyn), Colleen Wilkins (Mike) and Patrick; and his grandchildren, Jack, Emma, Nick Cavalier, Conor, Katie Itaya, Carly, Stella, Teddy Cashion, Lilah, Cassidy, Cole Cashion, PJ, Patrick and Johnny Wilkins.
