JoAnn M. Nelson Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of JoAnn M. Nelson of Northbrook, Illinois, who passed away on January 27, 2025 at the age of 85. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of JoAnn M. Nelson to pay them a last tribute.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Richard; her children, Rick (Peggy), Kim Esmael (Jon), Krista Raffini (Phil), Brian (Diana) and Kevin (Karen); her grandchildren, Kiersten (Alex), Nick, Brooke Nelson, Jake Esmael (Anna), Breanna Maltese (Joseph), Matthew Esmael, Danielle Raffini-Estes (Austin), Alexandra Raffini, Kyle, Taylor, Avery Nelson, Tyler and Payton Nelson; her great grandchildren, Gianna, Anthony and Siena Raffini-Estes; and her brothers, Guy (Kathy) and Jon Dellaria (Gloria).
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the N. H. Scott & Hanekamp Funeral Home (1240 Waukegan Rd, Glenview, IL 60025). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Norbert and Our Lady of the Brook Parish (1809 Walters Ave, Northbrook, IL 60062).
