Joan B. Blum Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joan B. Blum of Northbrook, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 21, 2025 at the age of 90. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Joan B. Blum to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her husband Milton "Mickey" Blum; her parents, Reuben Brookstone and Florence Brookstone; her brother Arnold "Arnie" Brookstone (late Adrienne); and her brother-in-law Leonard Blum (Sharon).
She is survived by: her daughters, Roberta Stein (Bill) and Aimee Burke (Pat); and her grandchildren, Matthew Stein, Meredith Stein, Jack Burke and Tommy Burke.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Skokie Chapel - Under The (8851 Skokie Blvd, Skokie, IL 60077). A shiva will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at 2220 Founders Dr, Northbrook, IL 60062.
