He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Waldbeser and Marian Waldbeser; and his parent-in-law Teddy Lindsey. He is survived by: his wife Vicky; his children, Joshua Waldbeser (Christine) and Heather Adkerson (Tyler); his grandchildren, Reese Adkerson, Max Waldbeser and Cora Adkerson; his sister Jill Springer (David); his mother-in-law Virginia; his sibling-in-law Tonnya Lucas; and his nieces and nephews, Nathan, Adam Springer and Whisey Jarrell (Jason).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The Village Presbyterian Church in Northbrook and the Friends of the Smokies Foundation - Friends of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.
