She was predeceased by: her parents, Emmy Pleva and Nick Pleva; and her sister-in-law Doris. She is survived by: her spouse Glenn; her children, Deborah and Mark (Candy); her granddaughters, Jessica and Anna; her sister Betty Matthies (Ken); and her brother-in-law Raymond. She is also survived by eight nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 2nd 2024 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, October 3rd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 3rd 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Luke Church (1500 W Belmont Ave, Chicago, IL 60657). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 3rd 2024 from 1:15 PM to 1:45 PM at the Elmwood Cemetery (2905 Thatcher Ave, River Grove, IL 60171).
