She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Helen K. Hartke and Robert Hartke; her husband George "Storm" Metzger; her children, Joan Metzger Hoholik (Peter) and James R. Metzger (Sandra); her grandchildren, Emma, John "Jack", Charles "Charlie" Hoholik, Thomas (Gwendolyn) and Matthew Metzger; her sister-in-law Marion "Marny" Padgett (Robert); her nephew Scott Padgett (Leslie); and her niece Sandra Friedsam (Mark).
