It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Helen Marie Olson of Northbrook, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on July 22, 2021, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Severin Algot and Helena Wallin (Kulen); her husband Roy R. Olson of Rockport, MA; her son Lauren; and her sisters, Aina, Elsa and Vivien.

She is survived by: her children, Julie (David), Daniel (Mary) and Les (Dorothy); and her grandchildren, Katy, Jaci, Elizabeth, Carolyn, Bret and Kara. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren, nephews and a niece.
