He is survived by: his wife Melinda Meade (Mindy); his mother Judith DeStefano; his brothers, Geoffrey DeStefano (Helene) and Gary DeStefano (Emily); his nieces and nephews, Hutton Baker, Evan DeStefano, Nelson DeStefano, Owen DeStefano, Jack Fleming, Torsten Meade, Holly Fleming, Camille DeStefano, Elin Meade and Astrid Meade; his mother-in-law Marjorie Meade; and his siblings-in-law, Marcie Fleming (John) and William Michael Meade (Jessica).
