She was predeceased by: her husband Dr. Michael A. Mikhael. She is survived by: her children, Dr. Miriam Mikhael, Shereen Marcus (Ihab) and Dr. Mark Mikhael (Noha); her grandchildren, Jonah Marcus, Ethan Marcus, Elizabeth Mikhael and Magdalena Mikhael; her siblings, Dr. Samir Boulos (Yvette) and Inas Honein (Ibrahim); and her nieces and nephews, Pemweh Honein (Marian), Dr. Michael Honein (Sherry), Catherine Boulos and Jolie Boulos.
