She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruth Anna and Axel Theodore Erickson; her son Forrest Jr.; and her sister Jane Johnson (late Walter). She is survived by: her husband Forrest E; her daughters, Deborah Jane Gurewitz (Glenn), Judith Kay Field, Beth Naomi Peterson (David), Ruth Eileen Green (Thomas) and Margaret Ann Madvig (Brian); her grandchildren, Eric Gurewitz (Anna), Candace Reid (Nicholas Larson), Meghan DiBasilio (Brian), Danielle Field, Kristin Burchett (Michael), Kimberly Ripke (Matthew), Kaitlyn Stavros (Vincent), Thomas Green, Christopher Green, Patrick Green, Samuel Madvig and Chloe Madvig; her great grandchildren, Naomi, Isla Reid, Jackson, Logan Parker, Forrest DiBasilio, Peyton, Patrick Ripke, William, Adalyn Stavros, Charlotte Burchett, Kayleigh, Oliver and Henry Larson; and her sister Judy Anderson (late Howard).
