He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude and Gloria; and his brothers, Kenny and Mike. He is survived by: his wife Brandie Becker; his daughter Lisa Gola (Jacob) of Antioch, IL; his brothers, James Smith (Sandy) of Gurnee, IL and Pat Smith (Dawne) of Clearwater Beach, FL; and his nieces and nephews, Aly, Jaime, Ashley, Corey, Brian, David and Steve. He is also survived by several great-nieces and nephews, and many other relatives and friends.
