He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Mary Jane; his children, Maureen Wilde (Art), Colleen Aufderheide (Mike), Bridget Besgen (Bill), Brendan McCarthy (Katie) and Daniel McCarthy; his grandchildren, Justin, Ryan, Caitlin Wilde, Henry, Frances Aufderheide, Will, Charlie, Elizabeth Besgen, Niall and Mercer McCarthy; and his siblings, Jack, Tom, James and Mary Ann McCarthy. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
