He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Wozniak and Anna Wozniak; and his brother Spike. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Jennifer, Jarrett, Jessica, Lauren, Matthew and Noelle; his wife June (Kubistal); his children, Mark and Dawn; and also, Lilla, June, Ira, Harley and Forest. He is also survived by his many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
