He is survived by: his wife Lillian; his children, Tom Gutierrez, Simon Gutierrez (Lauren), Danyel Schultz (Daniel) and Robert Ross; his grandchildren, Ethan, Madison, Tyler, Mia and Olivia; and his siblings, Cis Cothard, Bob Cothard, Teresa Bauer, Frank Bauer, Michelle Smith, Ron Smith and Debbie Nolfi.
