She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Kubistal and Mae Kubistal. She is survived by: her brother Warren Kubistal; her husband Raymond; her grandchildren, Jennifer, Jarrett, Jessica, Lauren, Matthew and Noelle; and her children, Mark and Dawn. She is also survived by her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
