He was predeceased by: his sibling Clarence Koukl. He is survived by: his spouse Catherine Koukl; his child JoAnn; his grandchildren, Trevor Chamberlain (Hollis), Joanna Healy (Jay) and Bryony Chamberlain; his great grandchildren, Shannan Healy, Hayley Chamberlain and Marissa Chamberlain; his siblings, Eleanore Hainrihar (late Frank) and James Koukl (Kathy); and also, Simon and Meals. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
