She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Martha Thiel and Helmut Thiel; her husband James Kerke; her sons, Joseph Thomas III (Alyssa) and Matthew; her grandsons, Joseph Thomas Kerke IV and Camden Daniel Kerke; and her sisters, Leonika Allen, Marlene Grady (Keith) and Ruth Hughes (Bryan). She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
