He is survived by : his wife, Darlene Meacham ((née Grasz); his children, Tamara Meacham Chavez, Adam Meacham (Annina) and Jonathan Meacham (Paige); his grandchildren, Alexander Meacham Chavez (Alana Fligelman), Alexa Chavez (Edward Chapa), Vilija Meacham Chavez, Victoria Belle Meacham and Valentina Carlene Meacham; his great grandchild Aria Krystyne Chapa; and his sisters, Carol Huotari (James) and Cheri Wolverton (Mark).
