She is survived by: her children, Amanda Kelly (Lavine), Kimberly Slaughter (Lavine), Tyler, Wyatt, Quinn, Jennifer Lindau and Dana Alfano; her siblings, Kelly Dakuras, Scott Holecek, Jerry Holecek, Jessica, Amber and Christopher; her nephew Wayne; and her niece Isabella.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Cindy's memory to the local food pantry or Meals on Wheels that took such good care of her over the years.
