He is survived by: his wife Fran Fulton of North Pekin; his children, Sara Majors (Aaron) of Northpole, Alaska and Walter James "Jay" Fulton, III (Kelsey) of Washington; his grandchildren, Nina Neuhoff (Connor) of Northpole, Bri Majors of Northpole, Dylan Fulton of Washington and Carson Fulton of Washington; his great grandchild Paisley Neuhoff; and his siblings, Becky Staggs of Peoria, Theodore "Ted" Fulton of Peoria and Dale Fulton (Sandra) of Peoria.
