It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Beryl Lingenfelter of North Pekin, Illinois, born in Canton, Illinois, who passed away on October 12, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph P. Lingenfelter and Vera F. Lingenfelter (Evans); and his siblings, Dean Lingenfelter, Doris Duryea, Linda Craig and Betty.
He is survived by: his wife Carol "Jeanne" Tolliver; his sons, Timothy Lingenfelter of Tremont and Mark; his grandchildren, Kenneth Eugene Brown (Andrea) of Pekin, Amber Williams (Mike) of Hanna City, Nicole Lingenfelter of Pekin, Ricky Linenfelter (Elyssa) of Pekin, Angelica Lingenfelter of Pekin and Sean Lingenfelter (Brittany) of Peoria; and his great grandchildren, Gavin, Jaidin, Gage, Carter, Karma, Elizabeth, Austin of Lilly, C. J., Ivy, Aubri, Sabrina, Braylinn, Cole, Victor, Isaac, Adam, Adaline, Jesse, Derek and Matthew. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
