He is survived by: his children, David Barnard (Pam Schrader) of Pekin, Darrell Barnard (Freda) of Florence, Sheila Douglas (James) of Bear Creek and Michael Barnard (Diane) of North Pekin; his grandchildren, Buster Bailey and Joshua Barnard; his sister Retha Wheeler of Delavan; and his siblings-in-law, Rosie Lemons (Frank Coatney) of North Pekin and Byford Barnard, Sr. (Doris) of West Frankfurt. He is also survived by his parents; one sister; two brothers-in-law.
