He was predeceased by: his parents, William Keith and Jennie Lee Martindale (Turner); and his sister Berneata Keefauver. He is survived by: his wife Janet Lee McCartney; his son Joshua Lee Martindale of North Pekin; and his brother Terry Martindale (Lynn) of Lewistown.

In honor of Danny's love for animals, memorial contributions may be given to an animal shelter of the donor's choice.
