He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles William and Evelyn Mae Brewer, Jr. (Harris); his children, Linda Snodgrass and Charles Brewer, IV; his grandchildren, Tiffiny Allen and Donny Allen; his great grandchild Hayleigh Mitchell; and his siblings, John Brewer and Mary Francis Brewer.
He is survived by: his children, Julie Witt (Alan) of Indianapolis, Patricia Howard (Jeff) of North Pekin, Lonnie Brewer of Bartonville, Leona Bell (Tom) of Creve Coeur, Pam Phillips of Pekin, Jim Williamson (Charity) of Manito, John Williamson (Tammy) of Pekin, Laura Brewer of Bartonville and Richard "Richie" Brewer (Carrie) of Pekin; his grandchildren, Kathrine Brewer, Dylan Snodgrass, Dustin Patterson, Linzey Witt, Levi Witt (Bree), Amanda Neuman (Bryan), Joe Howard (Sabina), Amber Brewer, Paul Bell, Emily Bell, Jasmine Lynch, Sarah Miles (Josh), Justin Williamson (Brianna), Allen Phillips, William Phillips, Raymond Phillips, Robert Phillips (Jenna), Shelby Williamson, Cora Williamson, Christel Brewer, Rebecca Brewer and Nicholas Brewer; his great grandchildren, Jayce, Gray, Novalee, Alaina, Logan, Keegan, Bailey, Avery, Finlee, Rylee, Savanna, Jaxson, Gabriel, Damien, Rylan, Marley, Lexi, Jack, Olivia, Dominick, Dawson, Bryson, Annalise, Esme and Elyse; his great great grandchildren, Keegan Benner and Kylo Almor; his grandchildren, Chevy Blake, Alli Blake, Gracie Blake and Dominick Blake; and his pet Rusty.
