He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Alberta, Eddie B. Packard Sr., Dorothy and Joseph Pitts Sr.. He is survived by: his parents, Tony Packard and Regina Packard Sr.; his children, Kai, Tayler Packard and Ayanna Packard; and his siblings, Albert Packard (Angela), Eric Packard (Markeisha), Daniel Packard, Edward Packard (Pary), Matthew Packard (Dolores), Dana Packard (Torrey), Stephanie Nance (Demetrius) and Yvette Packard. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and countless friends.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the First Corinthian Missionary Baptist Church (1529 Elizabeth Ave, North Chicago, IL 60064).
