It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Teresa D. Johnson (North Chicago, Illinois), who passed away on October 24, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Hugh Porter and Geneva Porter; and her children, Tina Louise Johnson, Lisa Diane Johnson, John Weseley Johnson and James Nathaniel Johnson. She was also cherished by her three children, six grandchildren, one great grandchild, an ex-husband, her mother, and five sisters.
