She was predeceased by: her husband John Phelps; and her siblings, Velma Brunt, Lorraine Huff and Robert Reid. She is survived by: her children, Kevin Reid (Connie), Mark Phelps (Zerretta), Myron Phelps (Catherine) and Johnnie Phelps (Hattie). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and dear church members and friends.
