It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sally Harris of North Chicago, Illinois, born in Newport, Arkansas, who passed away on March 13, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Coburn and Mable Coburn; her siblings, Arthur (Little Bit) of Chester, JB, Willie (Tootie), Albert, Maze, John (Fluky), Ethel Williams, Elnora Freeman and Mable Jones; and her stepdaughter Julie Harris.

She is survived by: her children, Joey Lamont Harris of Chicago and Jacqueline Nicole Harris of North Chicago; her brothers, Bishop Joseph Coburn (Mildred) of Waukegan, IL and Othell Coburn (Francis) of Waukegan, IL; and her stepdaughters, Jennifer Harris of Roanoke, VA and Jody Anderson of Roanoke, VA. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and in accordance with current State of Illinois Phase 4 regulations, all guests will be required to wear a face mask at all times. There will be a maximum of 50 people allowed in the funeral home at a time and proper social distancing must be practiced.
