He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna Cvik and Joseph Cvik; and his sister-in-law Dorothy Cvik. He is survived by: his brother Roger Cvik; his children, Joseph Cvik (Kara) and Nancy Laine; his grandchildren, Matthew Laine, Alexandra Laine, Andrew Cvik and Adam Cvik; his nieces, Jill Pfeiffer and Julie Johnson (Ron); his nephew Jeff Cvik (Laura); and his friend Janet Weber.
