She was predeceased by: her mother Irene Duncan; and her stepfather Floyd Duncan of Waukegan. She is survived by: her sister Shirley of Vidor Texas; her husband Don; her sons, Joseph Richard Culat and Mike Culat of Trevor, WI.; her daughter-in-law Jan; her grandchildren, Mike Jr and Kathy Grasty of Kenosha; and her great grandchild Kelly Ann of Kenosha.
