He was predeceased by : his mother Lillie B. Williams; and his siblings, Ezell Williams, Uless Williams, Flora Hopkins, Myrtle Richardson, Ruth Culpepper and O. J. Jenkins.

He is survived by : his wife Marie Fullwiley; his daughter Afton; his grandchildren, Quintasia , Kaiden and Motasia; and his children, Mozell Williams, Jr., Nakeedia and Keveen.
