He was predeceased by: his parents, Ardell Clark and Sammie Mae Clark; and his siblings, Charlie, Jimmy, George Clark, Lucille Atwood, Mary Ross and Margaret Hayes.
He is survived by: his sisters, Ida Mae Bryant of Elgin, IL., JoAnn Clark of Elgin, IL. and Estella Stewart of Elgin, IL.. He is also survived by great-great nieces and nephews and friends.
