With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marie Zelenik of North Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on October 14, 2020 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Austrian Immigrants and Frances Drassler; her husband John "Pushbutton" Zelenik; and her siblings, Henry Drassler, Stanley Drassler, Frank "Mungo" Drassler and Josephine Hrutka.
She is survived by: her daughters, Nancy Nichols (Sterling), Joan Alexander and Judy Joy; her grandchildren, Jonathan Joy (Beth), Jennifer Gilbert (Raymond) and Emily Nichols; and her great grandchildren, Lauren Gilbert, Carter Joy and Kendall Joy.
